All readings should be viewed as entertainment only and they are in no way meant to replace professional services that include, but are not limited to, medical, legal advice, or mental health.
Please remember that readings are for guidance only. I cannot make any guarantees that what is shown in the cards will take place. The future is not set in stone and you have free will and can make choices at any time which will change your destiny. You are always responsible for your own life and decisions.
Please ensure your questions are specific and ideally not ‘yes/no’ but open ‘wh/how’ questions (who, what, where, when, why, how). Please do not ask questions about another person but focus on yourself and your own life.
Payment Policy
All services must be prepaid using Paypal.
Cancellations
Readings must be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the refund is null and void.
Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me and everything you say or write will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Refund Policy
Readings are not refundable if the service is provided. In the event that I am unable to give a reading for an emergency situation I will offer you 100% refund or a reading at a later date by mutual agreement.
Availability
I will provide your reading by phone at a mutually agreed date.
Termination of Service
I reserve the right to refuse to give a reading and in that case will refund 100% of the fee if the reading minus Paypal service fee if the reading has not been given.
Purchasing services is an acknowledgement, agreement and acceptance of these terms.
